Today: A Beehive of Activity!

Today turned out to be a GREAT day in terms of getting some things done for the Moriah Project. Here's some of the "highlights" of today's accomplishments:
  • The architect showed up at the office with the final drawings of a beautifully-designed fence that will be built when the new office is completed.
  • We were able to get the property surveyed and "pegs" marked to show the boundary lines. This was a great accomplishment.
  • The Fijian men on staff were able to cement new poles for The Moriah Project signboard and the beautiful signboard should be installed tomorrow, the Lord-willing. Check back for pictures!
  • Fourthly, we've made frequent requests with local city authorities to remove seven 5-story palm trees and our requests apparently fell on deaf ears every time. The trees need to be removed in preparation for the construction and to prevent property damage in case of a cyclone. Imagine our great delight to discover today that the trees are on our boundary line and we will now be able to remove them at our own will! Praise the Lord!
